JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.361, dated 25.9.2014, registered under Sections 420, 447, 420, 380, 34 of the IPC, at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran. While going through the file, I have noticed that the date of the last order has been mentioned as January 23, 2015, whereas it should have been 23.7.2016. Consequently, it is directed that the date of the order be read as July 23, 2016.

(2.) Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 23.7.2016, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial investigation.
