(2.) Learned counsel for the parties are unison that out of the awarded substantive sentence of one year and six months, the applicant has undergone one year and more than two months of the substantive sentence. He further submits that he is neither required nor involved in any other case.

(3.) In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the present application is allowed and the execution of the remaining substantive sentence of the applicant/appellant, Hoshiar Singh, s/o Kuldeep Singh, r/o Dera Manesa, Drauli Road, Dataal, P.S.Patran, District Patiala, is ordered to be suspended during pendency of the present appeal, subject to his furnishing bail bond to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Patiala.
