JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against respondent State of Haryana for quashing of order 24.02.2016 passed by learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Gurgaon, vide which the order dated 29.01.2016 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurgaon was set aside.

(2.) Notice of motion was issued and learned State counsel appeared and contested the petition.

(3.) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record.
