JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 4 for registration of a criminal case against respondent No.5.

(2.) It has been inter -alia contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that though a complaint dated August 28, 2015 (Annexure P -2) was moved to Deputy Commissioner, Nawanshahar (SBS Nagar) but till date no action has been taken on the said complaint. He further submits that he feels satisfied in case direction is issued to disposed of the complaint moved by the petitioner within a stipulated period.
