KAVITA Vs. KRISHAN KUMAR

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This judgment shall dispose of FAO No.M -66 of 2008 (Kavita v/s. Krishan Kumar) and FAO No.M -361 of 2013 (Krishan Kumar v/s. Kavita), which arise out of a matrimonial dispute between the parties.

(2.) FAO No.M -66 of 2008 has been preferred by Kavita being aggrieved of the judgment and decree dated 17.12.2007 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Panchkula, whereby the petition filed by the respondent -husband Krishan Kumar under Sec. 13 -A of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') has been allowed thereby dissolving the marriage between the parties.

(3.) FAO No.M -361 of 2013 has been preferred by Krishan Kumar challenging the order dated 18.9.2013 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Panchkula, whereby maintenance under Sec. 25 of the Act has been enhanced from Rs. 3,000/ - per month to Rs. 10,000/ - per month.
