JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present writ petition is directed against the order dated 19.6.2013 (Annexure P-8), issued by the Director General, Social Justice and Welfare Department, Haryana-respondent No.2, thereby denying claim of the petitioner under Rajiv Gandhi Pariwar Bima Yojna ('the Scheme for short).

(2.) Notice of motion was issued and in compliance thereof, reply on behalf of respondent No.2 to 5 has been filed.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.
