JUDGEMENT

(1.) In view of the grounds mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Annexure P -3 is taken on record.

(2.) CRM -M -18262 -2016 Petitioners, who are stated to be major, claim that they have married against the wishes of their parents on 21.05.2016. The photographs of the marriage have been placed on file as Annexure P -3. The certificates showing the date of birth of the petitioners have been placed on record as Annexures P -1 and P -2. The marriage certificate has been placed on file as Annexure P -4.

(3.) It is claimed that the petitioners have moved an application dated 21.05.2016 (Annexure P -5) before the police authorities for protecting their life and liberty as they apprehend danger to their life from the private respondents.
