JUDGEMENT

(1.) It comes out that the exact date of birth of petitioner No. 1 is neither mentioned in the petition, nor mentioned in the voter card. Therefore, the petitioner No. 1 is directed to file an affidavit qua her date of birth.

(2.) The duly sworn affidavit of petitioner No. 1, showing her date of birth as 29.3.1986, has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. Petitioners, who are stated to be major, claim that they have married against the wishes of their parents on 28.5.2016. The photographs of the marriage have been placed on file as Annexure -P -3. The true typed copy of Aadhar Card alongwith duly sworn affidavit of petitioner No. 1, filed in Court today and the true typed copy of Voter Card of petitioner No. 2, showing their date of birth, have been placed on file as Annexures -P -1 and P -2 respectively.

(3.) It is claimed that the petitioners have moved an application dated 29.5.2016 (Annexure -P -4) before the police authorities for protecting their life and liberty as they apprehend danger to their life from the private respondents.
