JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present writ petition is directed against the order dtd. 28/1/2013 (Annexure P-5) passed by Divisional Canal Officer, Hisar, order dtd. 28/12/2011 (Annexure P-4), passed by Chief Canal Officer and order dtd. 10/6/2013 (Annexure P-6) again passed by Chief Canal Officer, whereby application of the private respondents, seeking transfer of their land from outlet RD 22000-L Dhansu Minor to outlet RD 23000-Tail Dhansu Minor, was allowed.

(2.) Notice of motion was issued and in compliance thereof, reply on behalf of respondents No. 2 to 4 was filed.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.
