JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner seeks a writ of certiorari quashing the respondents' decision treating her ineligible for the allotment of a dwelling unit.

(2.) Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 are the Chandigarh Administration; Chandigarh Housing Board; the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Union Territory, Chandigarh and the Progressive Coop. House Building Society (hereinafter referred to as 'the society') respectively.

(3.) The petitioner has been a member of the society since 01.07.1988.
