JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present appeal has been preferred against the award dated 29.08.2009, passed by the learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Rewari (hereinafter called the "Tribunal"), vide which the appellantclaimant has been awarded compensation to the tune of Rs.7,50,000/- on account of the injuries suffered by him in this motor vehicular accident, which took place on 26.11.2006.

(2.) The present appeal has been preferred for enhancement of the amount of compensation by the appellant-claimant.

(3.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the record of the case carefully.
