JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellant was convicted and sentenced to three years rigorous imprisonment along with fine of Rs. 100/- under Section 376/120-B IPC, two years rigorous imprisonment along with fine of Rs. 100/- under Sections 344,120-B IPC and one year rigorous imprisonment under Sections 506,120-B IPC.

(2.) The facts which emerge from the record are as follows :-
