(1.) By this order we shall dispose of the above mentioned two writ petitions and one contempt petition as all arise from the same cause of action.

(2.) The facts are being extracted from CWP-7355-2007.

(3.) The petitioners in this writ petition are residents of village Harigarh Gahla Tehsil Moonak, District Sangrur.
