JUDGEMENT

(1.) CM -6717 -2016 Applicants -appellants seek condonation of delay of 1862 days in filing the appeal.

(2.) Learned counsel for the applicants -appellants submits that the present appeal is squarely covered by the order dated 27.1.2016 passed by this Court in RFA No.3367 of 2011 (Sadhu Ram Vs. State of Punjab). Notice of motion.

(3.) On the asking of Court, Mr.Yatinder Sharma, Addl.A.G., Punjab., accepts notice on behalf of the respondent -State and after going through the record of the case, submits that the instant case is squarely covered by the order dated 27.1.2016 passed in Sadhu Ram's case (supra).
