JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.161, dated 16.4.2016, registered under Sections 148, 149, 395, 452, 323 of the IPC, at Police Station Khaidki Daula, District Gurgaon. After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw this petition but states that the petitioner will surrender before the trial Court and a direction be issued to decide his application for regular bail within a reasonable time.
