JUDGEMENT

(1.) Complainant Ramji, father of the victim has filed the present application praying for leave to file an appeal against the judgement of acquittal passed by the Addl.Sessions Judge, Jalandhar.

(2.) The accused were charged under Sections 363A, 364, 366A, 376, 376A, 376D, 302, 201, 419, 420, 465, 468, 471, 34 IPC and Sections 4/6/8/10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(3.) Heard the submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
