JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is directed against the judgment dated 14.01.2014, passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehabad who acquitted the accused in FIR No.156 dated 22.08.2012, registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station Sadar Tohana.
