JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.178, dated 7.8.2013, registered under Sections 326, 341, 323, 148, 149, 307 (added later-on) of the IPC and Sections 25/27/54 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar Rural.

(2.) Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 4.4.2016, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial investigation.
