(1.) As per office report, current address of the respondents was not filed by the appellant. Leaned counsel for the appellant submits that the current address of the appellant is still not available with him.
(2.) Numerous opportunities have already been availed by the appellant to furnish current and complete address of the respondents. Despite last opportunity given, the same was not furnished. Apparently, the appellant is taking no interest in prosecuting the appeal. Therefore, there being no justification for allowing the adjournment, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. In case the appellant appears and files the address, he will be at liberty to move an application for restoration of the appeal.
