(3.) Appellants-Plaintiffs have filed the suit for declaration to the effect that they are owners in possession of the land comprised of rectangle no. 11 Killa no.21/2 (4-0) adjoining 4 Karam wide passage leading from village Jasana to Dhakola with consequential relief of permanent injunction.
