JUDGEMENT

(1.) Through the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.87, dated 12.02.2016, under Section 6(c) of Pre-conception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994, registered at Police Station City Jind, District Jind.
