RAMAN KUMAR @ LAMBA Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Prayer is under Section 438 Cr.PC for grant of anticipatory bail to accused petitioner -Raman Kumar @ Lamba in case FIR No.25 dated 13.2.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 427, 323, 324, 506, 148, 149 Indian Penal Code (later on Sections 326/307 IPC added) registered with Police Station Navi Baradari, District Jalandhar.

(2.) Over a dispute arising on account of kite flying between two groups of boys, accused party consisting of 10 persons fully armed including the present petitioner are alleged to have gone to the house of complainant -Vinay Kumar at around 9 pm on 12.2.2016 and launched an attack.

(3.) Role attributed to the petitioner is of giving kick and fist blows to the complainant.
