JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal is hopelessly barred by limitation. The explanation given is vague and highly ambiguous in content. For the purpose of reference, para Nos.2 to 5 of the application are extracted here below :

(2.) In Office of the Chief Post Master General and ors. Vs. Living Media India Ltd.& Anr. 2012(2) S.C.T. 269 the Honourable Supreme Court has observed as under :

(3.) We find no reason to condone such an inordinately long delay which has not been explained satisfactorily. Besides, we notice that the impugned order was passed on the consent given by the learned counsel for the State.
