This regular second appeal of the defendant is directed against the judgment and decree dated 30.04.2009 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Divn), Jalandhar whereby suit for declaration and permanent injunction filed by the respondent -plaintiff has been decreed and against the judgment and decree dated 20.01.2011 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Jalandhar whereby appeal filed by the appellant -defendant has been dismissed.
