JUDGEMENT

(1.) This order shall dispose of the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in cross version case, Rapat No. 30 dated 17.01.2015, under Sections 323, 324, 452, 427, 336, 148, 149 of Indian penal Code and Sections 25, 27,54, 59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kulgari, District Ferozepur.
