JUDGEMENT

(1.) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.PC is for issuance of a direction to the respondent No.3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and further direction to respondents No.4 and 5 not to harass and humiliate her.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner further contends that for the relief claimed in the present petition, the petitioner has already approached Superintendent of Police, Khanna by way of representation dated 1.3.2016 (Annexure P -5), but no action thereon has been taken by the police so far.

(3.) On the asking of this Court, Mr. Mikhail Kad, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
