MUKESH LAMBA Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner - Mukesh Lamba in case FIR No.173 dated 17.12.2011, under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 148, 149, 326 of the Indian Penal Code, registered with Police Station Kharar City, Distt. SAS Nagar (Mohali).

(2.) Complainant Arwinder Singh and accused party are students of GGS College, Kharar. The complainant is alleged to have been inflicted injury by co - accused Jatinder by a kirpan on the left knee and co -accused Gagan @ Moto with iron pipe on left leg, co -accused Sunny Rana with his baseball bat on his left arm while co -accused Bindrakhia with a wooden stick on the right side of his arm.

(3.) It was stated that the petitioner -accused has been attributed only role of having iron pipe in his hand and as such no injury is attributed to him.
