JUDGEMENT

(1.) C R M No.12194 of 2015 This is an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 (for short, the Act) seeking condonation of delay of 48 days in filing the present criminal revision petition.

(2.) For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and the delay of 48 days in filing the present petition is condoned.

(3.) Briefly stated, the respondent-accused executed a sale deed dated 23.1.2004 of his land situated at village Sahnewal in favour of the petitioner. He received the entire sale consideration. However, he again executed another sale deed of the same land on 28.4.2006 in favour of M/s Akme Project Limited.
