JUDGEMENT

(1.) In the instant writ petition, the petitioner has question the order dated 06.04.1994 of the labour Court.

(2.) The respondent-workman Sh. Suresh Kumar was appointed as daily wager as Operator in HAFED Bakeries, Bhiwani on 24.04.1981. He submitted application under Sec. 33-C (2) before the labour Court seeking for equal pay for equal work. Application was allowed by the labour Court.

(3.) Feeling aggrieved by the award of the labour Court dated 06.04.1994, the present writ petition has been filed.
