BABLI Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.PC is for issuance of a direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to enquire into the matter and to take appropriate legal action against respondent No.3, who has abducted the minor girl i.e. respondent No.4.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondents No.3 and 4 have earlier approached this Court by way of CRM -M No.1405 of 2016 titled as "Raveena and another Versus State of Haryana and others" seeking protection of their life and liberty. The said petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 14.1.2016.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to hand over requisite number of complete copies of the paper book to learned State counsel during course of the day.
