(2.) For the reasons mentioned in the application, it is allowed and 577 days delay in filing the application for grant of leave to appeal stands condoned.

(3.) Impugned in the present application for grant of leave to appeal is the order dated 10.2.2012, passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sangrur, vide which, in the complaint of the complainant under Sections 499 and 500 IPC, after summoning the accused, the charges were not framed and accused was discharged.
