JUDGEMENT

(1.) CRM-5100-2015

(2.) The complainant has challenged the acquittal of the respondents under Section 307, 326, 452, 427 IPC recorded by the trial Court qua the accused.

(3.) The case of the prosecution is that the accused alongwith about 10 unknown persons entered into the complainant's shop which was let out to him by accused Manjit Singh and started breaking the articles and throwing the same out of the shop. When the complainant stopped them from doing so, accused Manjit Singh gave dah blow which hit on his right hand. Ranjit Kaur gave stick blow on his right knee, whereas accused Rajinder Singh gave kirpan blow which hit on his left hand finger. Accused Manjit Singh also gave dah blow on the back of Gaurav who came to rescue the complainant.
