(1.) C M-3634-CII-2014

(2.) Learned counsel for the appellant contended that the claimant has suffered 13% disability. He was an agriculturist by profession and was earning Rs.10,000/- per month but only Rs.26,000/- have been awarded on account of the permanent disability which is inadequate.

(3.) On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent Insurance Company contended that just and appropriate amount of compensation has been awarded to the claimant on account of the injuries suffered by him keeping in view the nature of the injuries suffered by him.
