THE petitioner Trust has approached this Court seeking primarily a writ of Certiorari for quashing the communication dated June 21, 2006 (Annexure P.15) whereby the agreement of lease for a period of 33 years dated June 13, 2003 executed by respondent No.4 Urban Improvement Company Pvt. Ltd. in favour of the petitioner Trust has been cancelled.
