(2.) THE petitioner is aggrieved against the transfer order dated May 3, 2006 (P-5) which shows that large scale transfers/ general transfers have been made. THE only ground projected before us is that the petitioner has been transferred repeatedly. However, we find that vide annexure P-1 dated July 15, 2005, the petitioner was transferred from Sirsa to Gurgaon. Before he could join there, his transfer order was cancelled on July 26, 2005, as is evident from order annexure P-2. THEreafter the petitioner joined and was sought to be transferred elsewhere which resulted in filing a suit by him. C.W.P. No. 7564 of 2006 [2]
