JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER Mani Singh has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuing direction to respondent No.4- SHO, Police Station Ballowal, Tehsil and District Hoshiarpur, not to harass and humiliate the petitioner and other office bearers of the Gurudwara Committee and compell them to hand over the management of the committee to respondents No.6 and 7. After hearing counsel for the petitioner and going through the contents of the petition, I do not find any ground to issue the aforesaid direction in exercise of the power of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as from the facts of the case, dispute appears to be of civil nature and it will be open for the petitioner to approach the civil court and seek necessary injunction from the competent court. Dismissed.
