COUNSEL for the petitioner, in order to show the bonafides of the petitioner, has handed over a demand draft bearing No.561831 dated 22.7.2006, in a sum of Rs.75,000/-, drawn on Centurion Bank of Punjab Ltd., to the Investigating Officer, payable to the complainant. Adjourned to 5.9.2006. Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
