(1.) HEARD. Offences alleged against the petitioner are under sections 15/61 of the NDPS Act, 1985. It is submitted that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and has been named only by the co-accused. Without expressing any opinion on merits, the petitioner is granted bail to the satisfaction of CJM/Duty Magistrate, Sangrur. The petition is disposed of.
