(1.) Shri Ashok Jindal,learned counsel appearing for the State states that the result of the petitioner has already been declared and her marks had been supplied to her.
(2.) In view of the aforesaid fact, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also argues that the petitioner should be shown her answer sheets of the written examination.The aforesaid prayer made by the petitioner cannot be entertained in the absence of any rules enabling the petitioner to see the aforesaid answer sheets.
(3.) The amount of Rs.10,000/- deposited by the petiioner in this court shall be refunded to the petitioner through her counsel.
