JOGINDER SINGH Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

Decided On April 17, 2006
JOGINDER SINGH Appellant
V/S
STATE OF HARYANA Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have assailed the orders Annexures P.10 to P.12 which were passed by the competent authorities while dealing with the matter under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961.

(2.) The petitioners have mainly contended that the orders of the Revenue Authorities were arbitrary, illegal and non-speaking and, therefore, prayed for the setting aside of the orders Annexures P.10 to P.12.

(3.) The respondents, on the other hand, have submitted that the petitioners are in unauthorized occupation of the land. This fact was duly established by getting the demarcation of land. Therefore, their eviction has been rightly ordered.
