JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER Tarsem Singh @ Sema has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.206 dated 23.7.2004 registered under Sections 15/61/85 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sadar, Muktsar. Counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from HC Shamsher Singh, states that in this case the prosecution has concluded its evidence and now the case is fixed before the trial Court for 26.10.2006 for statement of the accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. Keeping in view these facts, counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press this petition at this stage. Dismissed as not pressed.
