(2.) THE petitioner gram panchayat has approached this Court for issuance of directions to the respondents to conduct an enquiry against respondent No.5 on the basis of some complaints which have been made by the petitioner and several other interested persons. From the perusal of the record, we find that some such complaints have been appended alongwith the present petition.
