(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioners states that the respondents have taken symbolic possession of the property, in dispute. He further states that in view of this, the present writ petition be disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in M/s Kalyani Sales Company and another v. Union of India, on 8.12.2005 in CWP No.2550 of 2005. No objection to the prayer made has been raised by counsel for the respondents. In view of this, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of judgment passed in M/s Kalyani Sales Company's case (supra).
