JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE plaintiff has filed this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 11.3.2004 passed by the Civil Judge (Jr.Division), Gurgaon, whereby the application filed by the petitioner for amendment of the plaint has been dismissed. While dismissing the amendment application, the trial Court has observed as under:-

(2.) AFTER hearing the counsel for the parties, I am not inclined to interfere in the aforesaid order in exercise of the superintending powers of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Dismissed.
