JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioners contends that petitioner no.1 has been attributed scratches to the face and petitioner no.2 a lalkara. Petitioner no.3 is not named in the FIR. The main accused Amolak Singh is already behind bars. Notice of motion to Advocate General, Punjab, for 10.8.2006. Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
