JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuing direction to the respondents to ensure the safety of the petitioner and other witnesses in case FIR No.132 dated 18.5.2006 registered under Section 302 IPC at Police Station Dhuri, District Sangrur. After hearing the counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur and if any such representation is made, the same will be considered in accordance with law.
