JUDGEMENT

(1.) ON 12.1.2006, bail application of the petitioner was dismissed with liberty to apply again, if there is undue delay in trial. The petitioner, thereafter, applied again on expiry of 20 days of the earlier dismissal, which could not be a ground for fresh bail as expiry of 20 days cannot be held to be delay in conduct of trial. The petition is dismissed. The trial court will expedite the trial. Liberty to apply again, if trial is not concluded within six months from today.
