JUDGEMENT

(1.) EARLIER petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 19.1.2006. There are burn injuries to the wife of the petitioner resulting in 35% burns. Without expressing any opinion on merits, no ground is made out for grant of bail at this stage. The petition is dismissed. However, the proceedings are directed to be expedited with liberty to apply again, if there is delay beyond six months from today.
