JUDGEMENT

(1.) It is the conceded position that the marks secured by respondent No.4 are not known to the petitioner. In any case, it could not be disputed that the aforementioned marks as disclosed in the list of dates and events to be 404 marks are in respect of educational qualifications only.

(2.) However, no marks in respect of interview had been disclosed. Therefore, it cannot be accepted that respondent No.4 has secured lesser marks than the petitioner and the provisions of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution have been violated.

(3.) In view of the above, there is no merit in this petition. Dismissed.
