(2.) THE prayer made in the writ petition is for quashing seniority lists dated 23.12.2005 and 21.11.2005 (P-4 & P-5) vide which juniors have been shown senior to the petitioner. A further prayer has been made for directing respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to determine seniority of the petitioner over and above her juniors from the date of appointment i.e. 1.10.1980. For the aforementioned relief claimed in the present writ petition, the petitioner has already represented to the respondents through her counsel on 22.11.2006 (P-2).
